Together, we can create a personalized plan, as I use a patient-centric approach and typically begin with the lowest doses of medication possible to restore balanced functioning. Not only do I believe in helping my patients to heal, but I also seek to help them evolve.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep-related disorders, adjustment disorders, including those which may accompany other medical conditions such as cancer. This very unique experience allows me to understand the complex interplay between physical health and emotional well being and how they overlap with your daily functioning.

 

 

 

 

How It Works

 

Telepsychiatry appointments are now available! Soul Health Psychiatry is solely a psychiatric telehealth platform. Telepsychiatry is the use of telecommunication and computer information technology to facilitate real-time videoconferencing between you and your psychiatric nurse practitioner in an effort to improve accessability to mental health services. You will need a laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smart phone with a functioning videocam. We can meet using the privacy of your microphone and video feed from your choice of electronic device. Our safe, easy-to-use video conferencing technology allows for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of many mental illnesses and health conditions without requiring an in-person office visit.

We provide services through a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth-Zoom video chat portal, as well as the Spruce Health app for telephone and messaging services, which can be accessed with ease from our website.  It's simple.  Once you have scheduled your appointment you will receive an email confirmation with a meeting link. Click on the link at your scheduled appointment time to join our virtual session
